Estudio Furia provides web design, development, branding and digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Estudio Furia retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with remaining payments due upon project milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

Estudio Furia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
